Mozaic Ubud Takes Part in Les Grandes Tables du Monde’s Global Momentum  Event

Ubud, Bali – Mozaic Restaurant Ubud takes part in Momentum, a global gastronomic event initiated by Les Grandes Tables du Monde, held simultaneously across multiple countries on April 13, with selected venues hosting on April 14 and 15.

Founded by Chef Chris Salans and now led by Chef Blake Thornley,

Mozaic joins this international initiative alongside three Michelin-star restaurants participating in the Momentum event, including Flocons de Sel, Paul Bocuse, and Zilte, together with other members of Les Grandes Tables du Monde.

Conceived as a collective gesture rather than a guest chef series, Momentum brings chefs into direct dialogue through four-hands collaborations determined by chance.

For one evening, each participating restaurant presents a unique menu shaped by exchange, interpretation, and shared service, never to be repeated.
