There’s always something going on at Karma Beach. Tuesdays bring Dinner Theatre, where movies and specially crafted menus come together under the stars. Fridays are for the Beachside Barbecue, smoky, social, and full of flavour. On Saturdays, the sand comes alive with fire dance performances. And Sundays slow things down with Sax on the Beach, where live music meets sunset skies. On the weekend, expect Phoenix Bar to turn up the energy with international DJs setting the vibe straight from the sand.


If you’re looking for something a little different, The Beach Shack brings a whole new flavour to the scene. This newest addition with half on deck, half on sand setting, offers something rarely found in Bali: the bold flavours of India, served just steps from the shoreline. Inspired by the beach shacks of Goa, it’s a nod to Karma Group’s roots, with a menu full of comfort, bold spices, and soul.


Leading the kitchen is Chef Jeevraj Singh, whose culinary journey began in the kitchen of his grandmother in Rajasthan. Since then, he’s cooked in royal palaces, led kitchens around the world, and brought his skills to Karma Group destinations from India to Germany. His food tells stories, rooted in tradition, shaped by everywhere he’s been.


From the slow-cooked richness of Laal Maas and the bold heat of Pork Vindaloo to coastal favourites like Goan Fish Curry and the aromatic simplicity of Dal Lasooni Tadka, every dish is made with precision, balance, and a clear sense of place.

Thursdays turn into Bollywood Movie Nights, complete with themed menus and family perks. Fridays are dedicated to Thali, offering a beautifully balanced Indian tasting experience perfect for sharing. Saturdays spotlight Dum Biryani, slow-cooked and deeply comforting, made just the way it should be. Each evening is a celebration of flavour, tradition, and seaside charm.
