This collaboration will take the guest to an exquisite culinary journey to Korea without leaving Jakarta.

From October 19th to 26th, indulge in a delectable selection of Korean delicacies curated by the renowned chefs of JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul, Chef JB Cho and Chef Summer.

Experience the vibrant tapestry of Korean cuisine, from the fiery heat of Stir-fried Squid to the delicate sweetness of Chestnut and Red Bean Paste Jelly.

The esteemed guest chefs have curated a diverse menu showcasing the Korean traditional cuisine.

● Kimchi in Seven Styles: Fresh Kimchi, Cucumber Kimchi, Radish Kimchi, Kimchi & Egg Fried Rice, Kimchi & Bacon Fried Rice, Kimchi & Egg Fried Rice, and Kimchi Mandu.
● Stir-Fried Delights: Seafoods, Potatoes, Fishcakes, and Chicken Legs prepared in various stir-fried styles.
● Tteokbokki in Three Styles: Spicy Tteokbokki, Rose Tteokbokki, and Beef Tteokbokki.
● Kimbab Variations: Vegetable, Cheese, and Tuna Kimbab.
● Various Japchae (Korean Glass Noodles): Beef, Vegetable, and Seafood Japchae.

In addition to the classic dishes, the menu also features:

● Raw Marinated Seafood: Crabs, Salmons, and Shrimps.
● Grilled Beef: Prepared with a variety of authentic Korean sauces.
