If you've ever been to Black Sand Brewery - there is a high chance you would recognize both these guys. One behind the pass and one in front of the bar.

Hailing from Ostia, Rome, Chef Angelo Tellini honed his craft in kitchens across the globe including Noma, Copenhagen's gastronomic jewel. The chef, who’s food is fuelled by his passion for perfection has become a permanent fixture in Bali’s ever growing culinary scene and if you have been lucky enough to have a brew with this guy , you’ll see why Black Sand Brewery’s tagline “Good Food, Good Beer, Good People.”
